Retracing her steps through the overgrown waters she frequented years prior, the girl found herself no longer alone.
Started January 2019 and worked on steadily, and little by little for the following months through busy periods of time, Not Alone saw lots of change as my techniques and skills developed. There was a lot of hesitation involved with this piece, but given the duration of time allowed to work on it, change helped it grow and turn into the scene seen here.
There definitely was a lot to experiment with here and this concept is one I’d love to revisit and try executing differently again, some day.
